Time: 3.15 hours Distance: 9.7 miles   We put into the Yamhill River at Dayton Landing County Park. We paddled up-river until we reached the Willamette river, took a short break to look for rocks and then paddled back down-river. It was a beautiful day with temperatures around 70 and an intermittent light breeze. We only saw two boats and a couple paddlers so we had the river pretty much to ourselves. Great paddle.    Lynda preparing to put in.  A view of the Yamhill early in the trip.  Lynda paddling the Yamhill.  A strange pile of rounded rocks.  The kayaks parked at the intersection of the Willamette (tright) and the Yamhill (left).
