6/19/2025 - Yamhill River, Dayton Landing County Park, Dayton, OR

Distance: 9.7 miles

 

We put into the Yamhill River at Dayton Landing County Park. We paddled up-river until we reached the Willamette river, took a short break to look for rocks and then paddled back down-river. It was a beautiful day with temperatures around 70 and an intermittent light breeze. We only saw two boats and a couple paddlers so we had the river pretty much to ourselves. Great paddle.
