We put into Multnomah Channel at the Sauvie Island Boat Ramp and paddled down-river for several miles before turning back. It was a sunny warm day with temperatures eventually reaching over 90 but there was a light breeze on the water most of the trip making it much more pleasant. There were quite a few boats on the water but that's something we expect on nicer days so it wasn't too bad.
