We put into the Willamette River from Cedaroak Boat Ramp in West Linn, OR on an gorgeous sunny day. We paddled up-river to Willamette Falls before heading back. The day was warm with light winds and though there were a lot of boats on the river they were mostly fishermen sitting in place enjoying the day. A great paddle day.
