We put into the Willamette River from Hebb Park in West Linn, OR on a pleasant day. Temperatures were in the mid-60s, winds were light and we had partial clouds. The paddle was very pleasant with few other people on the river and easy conditions. We paddled up-river past the I5 bridge before turning back.
