We put into the Columbia River at Louis Rasmussen Beach Park in Kalama, WA on a beautiful day. The sun was shinning and there was almost no wind. We paddled up-river, around Martin Island and back. Throughout the trip the sun was out, the wind was almost non-existent, the water was smooth and there was almost no river traffic. A great day for a paddle.
