1/14/2023 - Multnomah Channel, St Helens, OR

We put in at St. Helens public dock and headed up Multnomah Channel to where it meets Scappoose Bay then onto a long slough through the end of Sauvie Island. Rain started almost the moment we got in the water and it continued throughout the trip finally stopping just before we got out. However, the winds were very light, the water was totally calm and we encountered very few boats.
