11/12/2022 - North Fork Nehalem River, Alderval Country Boat Ramp, Nehalem, OR
Time: 3.07 hours
Distance: 9.23 miles
We put into the North Fork of the Nehalem River from the Alderval Count Boat Ramp (the end point of our trip on the river a few weeks previously) and paddled up-river until we were blocked only about a half mile in. We turned back and paddled down-river to the bridge in Nehalem and then turned back and paddled back up-river to the ramp exploring a couple side-sloughs along the way. The day was sunny, the wind was very light and we only encountered one boat on the trip. A very nice paddle.
