10/8/2022 - North Fork Nehalem River, Nehalem, OR

Distance: 11.01 miles

We put into the Nehalem River in Nehalem, OR, paddled up-river a short distance to the North Fork of the Nehalem River and then up-river there until we reached the Aldervale Boat Ramp where we turned back. The day started with a bit of fog but then cleared off and was sunny most of the trip. There were many boats fishing in the early part of the trip but once we reached the North Fork the river was almost completely empty. A very pleasant paddle.
