We put into Scappoose Bay on an overcast and cool day. The rains of the last couple weeks had the bay at the highest levels we'd seen so we decided to finally spend a trip exploring it. There were plenty of other paddlers but no motorized boats. We got a small shower near the beginning but ended up regretting that we'd worn our suits.
