Time: 2.7 hours Distance: 7.1 miles We started in Scappoose Bay, worked back around into the Willamette River for a while then back towards the Columbia River. Pleasant paddle there there were a lot of boats which kept the swells up throughout the trip. Lynda heading South out of Scappoose Bay Heading South up the Willamette River
